Sending follow-up newsletters
With JungleMail, you can easily target recipients based on their activity (or inactivity) in your previous newsletter.
Select recipients for a follow-up newsletter
1. Open JungleMail and go to the Recipients step.
2. In the Recipient source section, select Previous newsletter.
3. Click Select newsletter... and specify the newsletter that you want to follow up.
4. In the pop-up window, select one of four activity-based recipient segments (Opened/Unopened/Clicked/Not Clicked). In the screenshot below, possible segments are outlined in red.
