Dynamics 365 Connector (Enterprise feature)

If you have recipients in Microsoft Dynamics 365, you can establish a connection with JungleMail to send newsletters directly to your Contacts, Leads or other lists directly without importing them.

Note

This feature is only available in JungleMail Enterprise.

Configuration

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Connector can be enabled in JungleMail global settings and (or) site collection settings (if allowed in global settings).

Global settings

1. Go to Central Administration > JungleMail Global Settings.

2. In the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Connector section, click Enable Microsoft Dynamics 365 Connector.

Site collection settings

1. Go to Site Settings > EnovaPoint JungleMail Settings.

2. In the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Connector section, click Enable Microsoft Dynamics 365 Connector.

Authentication

In the Authentication section, choose the Authentication type.

  • NTLM Authentication - used to authenticate to connect to Dynamics 365 on-premises. User name and Password is required, Domain is optional.
  • OAuth Authentication - used to authenticate to connect to Dynamics 365 online and Internet Facing Deployment (IFD) with AD FS 4.0 or newer. Register new App for integration in Azure AD or AD FS and specify Client ID, user name and password. Supports only OAuth "Resource Owner Password Credentials Grant" (grant_type=password) using client ID, user name and password to get access token. Not supported by AD FS 3.0.
  • AD FS Authentication - used to authenticate to connect to Dynamics 365 IFD with AD FS 3.0 or newer. Uses /adfs/services/trust/13/usernamemixed endpoint on provided server to get token by User name and Password.

Send to Dynamics 365 recipients

1. Open JungleMail and go to the JungleMail Recipients step.

2. Select the Dynamics 365 recipient source and click Add.

3. Select the appropriate recipients in the View and Email fields.

You can add multiple sources and the duplicates will be removed by default.
