Cancelling a campaign

If your newsletter is still queued, you can terminate sending without any of your recipients receiving the newsletter. In this tutorial, you will learn how to do this.

To cancel a campaign

1. Go to the History & Monitoring tab.

2. Under Manage Newsletter, click Cancel.

3. Confirm the action.


If the sending process has started, you can still terminate it. However, you cannot discard newsletters that have been sent already.

If you want to send another newsletter campaign to the remaining recipients after you aborted a running campaign mid-sending, then add an exclusion filter in a new job and select your terminated campaign in the completed job list to prevent double sending.

If your campaign is shown in the History & Drafts tab with the Succeeded status, it can no longer be cancelled.
