Cancelling a campaign
If your newsletter is still queued, you can terminate sending without any of your recipients receiving the newsletter. In this tutorial,
To cancel a campaign
1. Go to the History & Monitoring tab.
2. Under Manage Newsletter, click Cancel.
3. Confirm the action.
If you want to send another newsletter campaign to the remaining recipients after you aborted a running campaign mid-sending, then add an exclusion filter in a new job and select your terminated campaign in the completed job list to prevent double sending.
If your campaign is shown in the History & Drafts tab with the Succeeded status, it can no longer be cancelled.
