Email and Image Size Control
Using JungleMail you can control the size of the images added to your newsletter and the size of the whole newsletter. If this feature is enabled, JungleMail automatically prevents sending oversized emails or adding oversized images to newsletter content.
Enable email size control
This feature prevents sending newsletters that exceed the maximum allowed size limit.
1. Go to Settings > Site settings.
2. Under Site Collection Administration, click EnovaPoint JungleMail Settings.
3. On the Email and Image Size Control section, check the Enable email size control box. Then, enter the values for size warning threshold and maximum allowed email size.
With this feature enabled, email size is displayed in the Drag & Drop Builder.
Note: to check email size when using Dynamic Content, load it either by clicking the round arrows button or by going into the Preview step. The emails that are over the maximum allowed size limit are skipped.
Enable image size control
This feature prevents adding to the newsletter images that exceed the maximum allowed size limit.
1. Go to Settings > Site settings.
2. Under Site Collection Administration, click EnovaPoint JungleMail Settings.
3. On the Email and Image Size Control section, check the Enable image size control box. Then, enter the values for size warning threshold and maximum allowed image size.
With this feature enabled, in the Image Gallery, oversized images have their size labeled in red, and you cannot add them to a newsletter.
Note: size warning threshold is specified per image, i.e., if it's set to 600 Kb, whereas the maximum allowed size is 1000 Kb, you will be able to add two or more 700 Kb images.
