Campaign Categorization

It is likely that you would want to categorize your JungleMail campaigns. Maybe you have some news campaigns , some alert campaigns, and some general campaigns. In JungleMail you can easily categorize your different campaigns. In this tutorial, you will learn how to do this.


You can enable Campaign Categorization (Channels) in the JungleMail Site Collection  settings . After you have done this, you need to list these values, one per row.

Here you can also enable categories for templates, and make this choice field required in campaign jobs.

The Channels list scope is set per site collection. This means that you should manually maintain the list of categories (channels) between your site collections.

If Campaign Categorization is enabled, that category choice field will appear in the Recipients tab of the Campaign Builder.

These categories can be set for a template as well.
