Tracking and subscription pages are not supported in mobile view. How do I fix it?

When you click on  a link  from  a mobile  device when tracking is enabled, and it doesn't redirect you to that link, instead you see the message on Tracker page:

JungleMail Subscription and Tracker Web Parts are not supported in mobile view. Disable mobile view on site where those web parts are placed.

You can do that by deactivating site feature "Mobile Browser View":

  1. Open your site and go to Site Settings -> Manage site features
  2. Locate Mobile Browser View and click Deactivate

Refresh your browser on your mobile device and you should see your entire SharePoint site. Now tracked links from mobile devices will work well.
