Links direct the user to the tracking page, don't redirect to the actual URL
Symptoms
When the users click on the link, the link directs them to the JungleMail Tracker page URL and don’t get re-directed to the actual URL. This is only happening when opening from a mobile device but works perfectly from a desktop/laptop.
Solution
Tracking doesn’t support SharePoint Mobile Browser View. To fix this, deactivate the SharePoint Mobile feature on the site where the tracking page is located:
1. Go to Site Settings > Manage site features.
2. Locate the Mobile Browser View feature and click Deactivate.
