"ServiceActivationException" error when starting a new job from SharePoint list

When the user  tries  to open JungleMail using the icon in SharePoint list, user receives the following error:

Solution:

Please check Windows Event Log (Application) for .NET / IIS errors on WFE servers.

Check RAM usage on SharePoint servers.
