Server error when trying to access Analysis & Reports
When using the SQL server in JungleMail Enterprise Edition, it is possible you get a server error when trying to open Analysis & Reports. This can easily be fixed.
It is possible you get the following server error when trying to open Analysis & Reports:
To resolve the error you receive when trying to open the Analytics tab, you should:
1. Navigate to
JungleMail Site Collection Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom.
3. Select Configure SQL database.
4. Enable the database and click Save.

It is possible the SQL database is already enabled. In this case, just clicking
Save again should also do the trick.
