JungleMail 4 | Using preheaders

Note: this tutorial applies to JungleMail 4 and earlier only. If you are working with JungleMail 5 or later, this tutorial does not apply to your version of JungleMail.

In JungleMail you can use preheaders to make sure your email receives more opens by adding the preheader into the HTML email body. A preheader is the small bit of text a user can already see of an email before opening it in his inbox. In this tutorial,  you will learn how to add preheaders to your newsletter campaigns.



Add a preheader to your emails to make sure your campaign receives more opens. A preheader is the small preview text that a user sees below the email title before opening the message in his or her inbox.

Make sure the preheader is informative, complements the email title, and summaries the message the email is bringing. This way, you can convince your recipients to open your emails.

How to add a preheader

To add a preheader to your campaign, simply open JungleMail and start building a new campaign. 

When building your campaign, select HTML and add the following to your email body:
