JungleMail 4 | Custom "From" and "Reply-To" addresses

Note: this tutorial applies to JungleMail 4 and earlier only. If you are working with JungleMail 5 or later, this tutorial does not apply to your version of JungleMail.

By default, JungleMail will use the email address of a user that is creating a job as “From” and “Reply-to” address. You can change that if you enter additional addresses for users to choose from. Those addresses will be available if users, running JungleMail, have sufficient rights on “JungleMail From Addresses” and “JungleMail Reply-to Addresses” lists:

Minimum  requirement for  user  to use the address is “View” permission. If users cannot view the list contents, they will not be able to use the addresses.

1. To add a new “From” address for JungleMail, open top site of the site collection where JungleMail is activated, locate JungleMail From Addresses list, in all site content, and open the list. Once you are there, click “Add new item”:

2. You will notice that list only has a “Title” column so you have to enter addresses in the following format:

"FirstName LastName" <E-mail Address>

3. Now you will be able to select your newly added email address in the Send/Schedule tab:
